So last weekend, Jt and LIz tied the knot. They got married at the Eagle Ridge Country Club in Gilroy, California. Beautiful wedding!!!!! The weather stayed nice enough for some photos outdoors, but was definitely cold.
After the two lovebirds said, "I do," they danced the night away!

Celebrating 6 years.....

in Santa Barbara! Six years ago today, I was pulling up with my U-haul to Santa Barbara, not knowing one person yet. I decided to follow my dream and passion of photography and attend the well known photography school, Brooks Institute of Photography. I left my home town-San Jose, Ca to enter into the "beautiful land" of Santa Barbara. :) And just fell in love with this place. I love the weather, I love the sound of waves crashing, I love taking couples out on the sand week after week. It is so awesome because most brides come from out of the area and just love getting their pictures taken at the ocean. And you know what? I am never going to get tired of that because I just can't get enough of the beautiful ocean! Wooooohoooooo!
Time just really flies by, it is hard to believe that was 6 years ago. What fun memories I have so far. So, cheers to Santa Barbara and to more beautiful weather! hahaha! I love Santa Barbara!!!!!

Happy New Years Everyone!

Well, I am starting off the New Year with a blogging post, one of my resolutions is to blog more often. :)
I LOVE New Years! It is a time to reflect, a time for new things, and fresh starts. 2008 is in the past and all we have is our future in store. So take this year and do something with it! Make it a memorable one. I saw a license plate frame yesterday that said, "Choose to be Happy!" It made me smile. Everything we do, say, or think, is a choice we make, so make it a positive one. So instead of looking backwards, look forward. Take off the rear view mirror of thinking and focus on TODAY!
There are many things I have in store for 2009, it is going to be an awesome year and I can't WAIT to share it all with you. So keep up with my blog this year and you will see many great things to come. I like to share my resolutions with others, it keeps me more accountable. :) Here are a few. I am going to read a book a month, cook healthy food more, since I love to cook and love to eat healthy and definitely fit in more traveling and play time.
So stop by the blog and say hi once in a while, I would love to see and hear good feedback and meet some new friends!
Here is a fun shot I took over the holidays. My self-portrait...hehehe
